Meet Requirements

  • Program participants must be IL DET or BPI certified (or be enrolled in a BPI class).
  • Be able to meet the insurance requirements of the borrower agreement

Apply Online

Complete the online application which will be transfered to the community college you select. You will be contacted regarding supporting documentation.


Sign and Submit the Borrower Agreement

Once you have returned the signed borrower agreement and insurance documentation to the participating college, you will receive notice that you have been approved and a username and password with which to access the online reservation system.

Checkout & Use Equipment

As an authenticated user, you will be able to login to the system to reserve equipment kits, check the status of equipment, and more.
